Please note that “working days” excludes holidays and weekends.
We try to mark all parcels with low value, but hold no responsibility should your country’s customs charge you taxes or duties. All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we despatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or damages during shipment.
We are not responsible if your parcel is misdelivered or returned to us due to
- Your supplying of a wrong/invalid delivery address during order confirmation. This includes all address details such as but not limited to:
- Recipient name
- C/O name
- Apartment/Flat numbers
- Dorm room/campus box numbers
- University/Business names
- Your failure to pick up your parcel at the post office.
Should your parcel be returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay a shipping and handling fee of $10 per order that is shipped via default Registered Airmail/ePacket or the full shipping fee that was originally charged per order that is shipped via E-Express. If you would like to treat it as a return, we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 12% restocking fee. Express shipping fees will not be refunded. In the event that your parcel is misdelivered (delivered to another address) due to any of the above reasons, no compensation will be provided. This does not apply to errors on behalf of zaChic which will be courteously corrected.
At zaChic, we pride ourselves in product quality and strict quality control. However, to provide you with peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Policy. Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise with all original tags, sales receipt and packaging intact. You may request for an exchange, refund (12% restocking fee applies) or store credit. zaChic must be contacted within 30 days of posted delivery date documented on the online postal service or courier tracking systems. Return shipping reimbursement is currently unavailable.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before mailing merchandise back to zaChic.
Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
If we happen to have sent you the wrong size, color or model, we will happily correct our mistake. You will have to take a picture of the mistake for proof, and some cases will require you mailing the parcel back to us. A replacement or store credit will be sent.
Please immediately try on the main portion of your garment upon receipt Please do not try on any panties or accessories until you know the main part fits properly.
Eligible return merchandise must be packaged in original, undamaged, intact packaging. You must return the entire set; partial sets will not be accepted nor returned to you.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees back to zaChic. Please ship whatever shipping method you prefer. zaChic strongly recommends adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as zaChic is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to zaChic that may have been lost in the mail stream.
Upon receiving your returned parcel, the refund/store credit will be issued within 10 business days. For exchanges, the customer will be invoiced for regular shipping fees and any other price differential incurred. Exchanged items will be despatched 10 business days of receiving payment. Store credit must be used at the time of purchase and may not be applied towards an existing/previous order.
If we have not despatched your parcel yet, you may still cancel your order. Order cancellation requests must be sent within 5 hours of placing the order. 12% administration fees will be imposed. This does not apply to items which we find to be out of stock, in the case of which zaChic will contact you for either an alternative item or full refund.
